I love being a Realtor.  

So how did I get here? 

Years ago I went to college to be a Legal Secretary.  While there I obtained both my Professional Business Honors Diploma and my Legal Secretary Honors Diploma but after graduating, I realized that I would not be happy sitting behind a desk doing paperwork all day.  I wanted to work with people. 

I took a position with an emerging software company in Vancouver running their office.  Months of not seeing daylight commuting about 3 hours a day and missing my daughter I decided to make a change. 

When a position for a Conveyancer (Legal Secretary) at Sutton Realty came up, I jumped on it.  I was very happy with my job but I was watching all of the successful realtors in the office help people to fulfill their home dreams and I wanted to do that too. 

With a little encouragement from the Real Estate Guru, Bhim Sen Nair, I started on my journey of the Real Estate Course at UBC.  While completing the Licensing course I went to work as an assistant to a very successful Realtor in my office who worked in all areas of Real Estate including Commercial, new developments, Leasing and new and resale homes.  I learnt more in that few months than I could have in years of University.  Then it was time to go out on my own.

 

I have been busy ever since.  My business is built on referrals and return business.  I would have it no other way.  I take such pride in caring for my clients and their needs and building on that relationship that I have become good friends with many of my past clients.
